All government portal fees (MCA, IP India, state stamp duty) are separated from professional fees and billed strictly at actuals with official government payment challans provided to the client.
2. No Unverified Software Claims
We never claim that company formation or trademark approval is "fully automated by AI." Corporate law in India requires human verification, government CRC examination, and genuine professional accountability.
3. Privacy & Minimal Data Intake
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, we collect only the minimum data required to scope your engagement. Client identity documents are transferred through secure, direct channels only after engagement scoping.
